CA-30 field planning — table

Households, registered voters and the projected November 2028 electorate for the district's 215 census tracts. Sort by clicking a header.

Observed: households, renter and young-renter households (ACS 2023, a survey with a margin of error not shown here; young means the householder is 15–34, and it counts households, not people), registered voters (June 2026), and ballots. Projected: votes are June 2026 registration times each tract's projected turnout, with registration held constant to 2028. Tracts on the district line are counted whole.

Votes needed divides the goal across tracts in proportion to their projected Nov 2028 votes. It shows how large each share of the electorate is. It is an allocation rule, not an estimate of where support is. The starting goal, a majority of the district's projected votes, is illustrative; type your own. A tract's community is the one it most overlaps by area, shown as a label only: tract figures do not add up to the community figures on the dashboard, which are built from precincts.
